What is Johnny Incognito? We often get asked who we sound like, what kind of music we are, who influences us, what we're trying to do, and that sort of thing. The answers are pretty simple. Johnny Incognito is a punk band by more classical terms. That means we don't "sound" like a punk band, we're just punk. If you aren't sure what that means, you're right. We're not after commercial success or fame and fortune, but look at music as therapy. It just so happens we have a lot of hostility, abbrasiveness, disdain, and sarcasm to work through. As far as who and what we sound like, we find it fun to ask people what they think. Here's a sampling of what we've been told:

Personally, of the above list I'd say we most sound like the Suicidal Tendencies, but we're still miles away from them. Without being a hardcore band, we're somewhere in the ground between punk and metal. We're not really either, but contain elements of both.
